Applicable Law: All relevant legal requirements, including statutes, regulations, and orders, that govern this Agreement.
Government Authority: Any official body with jurisdiction over this Agreement.
Nextserv: The company that provides digital services via its online platform.
Privacy Policy: The document outlining how Nextserv manages User data.
Prohibited Conduct: Activities violating the Agreement or Applicable Law, such as unauthorized access or IP infringement.
Registration Data: User-provided information during registration, including email, username, and mobile number.
Personal Information: Sensitive details such as Aadhaar, PAN, and other identifiers.
Services: The offerings provided by Nextserv.
Site: The website and digital platforms managed by Nextserv, including its mobile application.
Terms and Conditions: The rules governing the Site and Services.
Third-Party Service Provider: External partners providing services on behalf of Nextserv.
User Information: Personal and registration details submitted by the User.

2. Interpretation

References to laws include amendments and re-enactments.
References to persons include legal entities and their successors.
Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
Singular terms include plural, and gender-specific terms apply to all genders.
Words like "other" and "whatsoever" are used inclusively.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using Nextserv's services, Users agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Users confirm they are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

4. Access to the Site

Browsing is permitted without an Account, but specific services require registration.
Accounts are verified via OTP; multiple accounts using the same number are prohibited.

5. User Information

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their information.
Nextserv reserves the right to remove inappropriate User Information.

6. Nextserv's Rights

Nextserv may suspend or terminate Accounts violating Applicable Law.
The platform may undergo changes or maintenance with reasonable notice.

7. Unauthorized Access

Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.
Breaches must be reported to Nextserv immediately for corrective action.

8. Use of Information

User data will be managed in compliance with Applicable Law.
Information may be shared with authorized personnel or third parties as necessary.

9. Site Content

Users must refrain from unauthorized access, infringement of IP rights, or introducing harmful code.
Sending spam or engaging in unauthorized communications is prohibited.

10. Operational Hazards

Nextserv does not guarantee the Site's immunity from viruses or technical issues.
The company is not liable for damages from such disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nextserv's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

12. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify Nextserv for losses due to breaches, IP violations, or misconduct.

13. Amendments

Nextserv may modify this Agreement without prior notice.
Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of updates.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi. However, Nextserv may initiate legal proceedings elsewhere if necessary.

15. Cancellation/Refund

“For any Cancellation requests made If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 days.”
